摘    要:乙腈法丁二烯抽提生产装置中乙腈回收塔使用多年。随着装置规模的不断扩大 ,塔内结构不合理造成降液管堵塞 ;塔板数和塔盘开孔率偏低 ,使乙腈回收率低、处理能力小。进行改造设计后 ,投用 3年 ,无明显堵塞 ,提高了乙腈回收率和处理能力

Abstract:The recovery column in acetonitrile extraction butadiene unit has been used for many years. With the expanding of production capacity, the downcomer is fouled resulted from the column structure. Moreover, fewer plate number and low perforation area lead to low acetonitrile recovery rate and treatment capacity. Few fouling occurs after the revamp, which increases the acetonitrile recovery rate and treatment ability.
