输电系统可用输电能力研究

摘    要:随着系统互联和电力市场的深入发展,电力系统可用输电能力ATC(Available Transfer Capability)的研究越来越受到人们的关注.本文对已有研究成果进行了综述,介绍了ATC的定义、常用计算方法,特别是针对ATC研究的最新进展,从三个方向介绍了国际上近几年(2002-2004)输电系统ATC研究的成果.最后提出了对今后输电系统ATC研究的展望.

Abstract:In a new competitive environment,ATC is a very important parameter for ISO and all companies participating in the power transaction activities.In this paper,the definition and general calculation methods of ATC are introduced,and the recent research achievement is discussed from the following three aspects: more practical model,higher computing speed and more uncertainties concerned.At last,the development trend of ATC study is also discussed.
