基于感性意象的产品造型设计方法研究

摘    要:通过分析产品意象的认知理论,提出基于感性意象的产品造型设计方法:首先通过问卷调查,由因素分析和集群分析提取出适合形容产品的意象语汇;以定性分析的方式,对产品形态要素进行分解;再通过问卷调查,进行定量分析,获得产品造型与意象因素之间的对应关系,由此建立产品造型的设计规则库,指导产品设计。最后经验证和实际应用,证明该方法是合理、可行的。

Abstract:The cognition theory of product perceptual image is discussed. Then a method of product form design based on perceptual image is advanced. Firstly, the perceptual image words that are agreement with describing product perceptual image are distilled from factor analysis and cluster analysis by questionnaire survey. Secondly, the product form items are decompounded by qualitative analysis. Thirdly, the corresponding relation of product form and perceptual image is obtained by quantitative analysis from second questionnaire survey. And the design rule database of product form that can guidance product designing is founded. At last, it proves the method is feasible and reasonable using the T inspection and the example of design bicycle frame.
