| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥FA317A型高速并条机的优良性能,稳定产品质量,对纺中、细号纱时出现的主要问题加以分析并研究对策,通过对上清洁器、断条自停装置的改进及部分工艺参数的调整,减少了胶辊粘缠、"轻条子"及"疙瘩纱",降低了重量不匀率,稳定了熟条质量,为后道工序的顺利进行做好了准备.

| Abstract: | To use superior property of FA317A high speed drawing frame and guarantee product quality, main problems and resolving methods in spinning medium count yarn and fine count yarn were proposed, top roller winding and knot yarn were reduced and drawing sliver quality were guaranteed by innovating top cleaner and sliver detector and adjusting partial processing parameters, these measures are the base of back process. |
