| 摘 要： | 基于住宅建设的绿色生态与可持续发展理念，结合国内外绿色生态住宅发展趋势，探讨了我国的生态住宅建设的现状、基本要求及示范工程建设，我国住宅建设的重要目标之一是全面提高居住区的综合质量，包括住宅建筑质量、住宅功能质量、住宅环境质量，绿色生态住宅是中国住宅产业发展的长远目标，为更好地引导绿色生态住宅建设，实现住宅产业的可持续发展，亟须从技术、经济、环境、能源及社会的角度进行研究，制定出一套客观、科学的评价体系和技术导则。

| Abstract: | Basd on the green and sustainable ideas of housing construction and the developing trend of green housing,this paper deals with the present situation,the basic demands and the construction of demonstration engineering of green housing in China. One of the important aims of housing construction in China is to enhance the overall and comprehensive quality of the living community,including the housing building quality,housing functional quality and environmental quality.The green housing is the long term aim of development of housing industry in China. In order to better guide green housing construction and realize sustainable development of housing industry,we need to make a study of such aspects as technology,economy,society,environment and energy source and lay down an objective and scientific evaluating system and technical guidance. |
