梅山铁矿尾矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:为了提高资源利用率,开展了梅山铁矿尾矿选矿工艺研究.针对品位低、粒度细、难选别的特性,共进行了6个工艺流程的试验.结果表明采用筛分-强磁-磁化焙烧-弱磁粗选-磨矿-弱磁工艺,精矿指标最优:铁品位58.02%、产率12.55%、回收率39.32%.结合梅山选矿实践,优化出强磁精矿作水泥添加剂、强磁精矿配矿销售、磁化焙烧、强磁重选等4个供选择的实施方案,初步经济评估表明磁化焙烧工艺可得到合格铁精矿9万t,经济效益最大.

Abstract:For the purpose of improving the resource utilization rate,research on Meishan iron mine tailings separation technique has been carried out.In view of features of low grade,small granularity and difficult separation,six technical process tests were made.Results show that the process of screening-high intensity magnetic separation-magnetic roasting-low intensity magnetic roughing-ore grinding-low intensity magnetic cleaning is the best one,with 58.02% of iron grade,12.55% of productivity and 39.32% of yield.In combination with the practice of mineral separation at Meishan Iron Mine,four plans for selection have been optimized:using strong magnetic concentrate as cement addictive;ore matching sales with strong magnetic concentrate;magnetic roasting and screening and high intensity magnetic separation and reselection.Preliminary economic evaluation suggests that magnetic roasting can get 90 thousand tons of iron concentrate,with best economic benefits.
