含正丁胺的废液处理工艺研究

摘    要:采用吹脱-冷凝-吸收及吹脱-吸收工艺分别处理正丁胺废水和混合含氮(有机氮及无机氮)废水。正丁胺废液经处理后,氮含量由1.7248g/L降至35.40mg/L,氮脱除率达97.95%,COD值由10911mg/L降至285.7mg/L,脱除率达97.38%;混合含氮废水经处理后,氮含量由13.19g/L降至95.2mg/L,氮脱除率达99.28%,COD值由19105mg/L降至269.8mg/L,脱除率达98.59%。

Abstract:N butylamine effluent (organic and inorganic nitrogen) are treated by using the blowing off condensing absorption process and the blowing off absorption process respectively. After n butylamine effluent is treated, its N content is reduced from 1 724?8 g/L to 35 40 mg/L, with a denitrification percent of 97 95%, and its COD value is reduced from 10?911 mg/L to 285 7 mg/L, with a removal percent of 97 38%. After N containing compound effluent is treated, its N content is reduced from 13 19 g/L to 95 2 mg/L, with a denitrification percent of 99 28%, and its COD value is reduced from 19105 mg/L to 269 8 mg/L, with a removal percent of 98 59%.
