摘    要:研究了具有新型拓扑结构的18开关电路的双级矩阵变换器(Matrix Converter,简称MC),分别推导了其整流器和逆变器的空间矢量调制策略,介绍了零电流换流方法.并以DSP为控制器,IGBT为功率开关,建立了实验装置,编制了相应的控制软件,在改变调制比和PWM周期的条件下,拖动了三相对称星形联结的感性负载.实验中成功地实现了对输出电压频率和幅值的控制,为进一步研究双级矩阵变换器提供了理论和实践基础.

Abstract:This paper analyzes two-stage matrix converter with 18 switches,deduces the space vector modulation strategy of the rectifier and the inverter,and introduces zero current commutation.The experimental device was built with the controller DSP,the power switch IGBT and corresponding control software is programmed.Three-phase symmetrical inductive load was driven on the condition that the modulation ratio and PWM cycle were changed.The experiment verified that the controls of the output amplitude and frequency have been realized ,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for further research of the two-stage matrix converter.
