| 摘 要： | 介绍了钣金件上固定螺纹连接螺母的2种铆接方式——铆枪铆接和模具铆接,比较了2种铆接方式的优缺点,借助自动插件设备及自行设计的铆接模具,实现拉铆螺母压铆铆接自动化生产。实践证明自动化压铆铆接生产能显著提高生产效率,大幅度降低劳动强度和提高铆接质量。

| Abstract: | Two riveting methods for fixing thread-connecting nuts of sheet metal parts,riveting by riveters or by dies,were presented.The advantages and disadvantages of two methods were compared.With automatic plug-in equipment and riveting dies,automatic pressure riveting production after drawing riveting nuts was achieved.Applications show that the technique can greatly improve the production efficiency and quality and lower labor intensity at the same time. |
