| 摘 要： | 为了完善职业教育的评价机制，构建上海职业教育发展评价新模式，根据上海职教评价模式必须遵循的原则，提出模糊综合评估，效果监测模式及质量监测与评价指标体系评估三种评价模式，并对三种评价模式的基本内涵，主要功能特点及应用成效等进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | To perfect the evaluation system in vocational and technical education and construct a new evaluationmode for the development of vocational and technical education in Shanghai, the author, after making a thoroughinquiry of the main basis and necessary principles relating to vocational and technical education in Shanghai,raised three evaluation modes. They are Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Mode, Effect Inspection Mode andQuality Control and Evaluation Mode. He, at the same time, presents his analysis and research on the basicconnotation, principle functions and their result in application of the three modes. |
