摘 要: | 预测控制是目前在工业过程控制领域中应用较广的一类算法。其中由Culter等提出的,建立在非参数模型阶跃响应基础上的动态矩阵控制具有建模简单,计算量少,鲁棒性强等特点。但是动态矩阵控制仍然还存在着在克服干扰的定值调节方面质量不高,很难解决扰动信号对系统稳态值的影响及快速调节过程之间的矛盾。由于算法中只利用当前时刻的误差进行反馈校正,而没考虑已发生的误差,造成误差干扰的校正不充分。因此,在动态矩阵控制算法的基础上,采用误差反馈加权校正的思想,运用内模原理,对加权系数进行设计,以提高控制系统的抗干扰性和调节快速性。通过理论分析和仿真实验证实了这种算法的正确性和有效性。

Dynamic Matrix Control Based on the Error Feedback-Weighting Correction |

Abstract: | Predictive control algorithm is widely applied in the field of industry. As one of the algorithms of predictive control, DMC has many properties, such as simple modeling, less computation and strong robustness, etc. However, DMC can't solve the contradiction between the effect of the disturbance on the stable value and the regulating speediness. According to the inner model structure of dynamic matrix control, an algorithm is provided by designing the form of errors feedback-weighting correction to improve the capability of resisting disturbance and regulating speed of the controlled system. By theoretical analysis and simulation, it has been proven that the algorithm is correct and effective. |
