南方主电网和海南电网联网海底光缆建设探讨

摘    要:结合南方电网和海南电网海底电缆的建设,讨论如何建设海底光缆,实现南方电网和海南电网光纤传输网的连通,从而形成完整的、覆盖全南方电网的光网络。文章首先介绍了各种海缆及几种常用海底光缆的技术特性,并从技术、经济角度对各种海缆做了比较,确定了采用复合海底光缆的建设方案。海底复合光缆在技术、安全、经济上拥有一系列优势,在解决跨海光缆的通信问题时,应该优先考虑采用复合海底光缆。

Abstract:Discusses how to construct optical fiber submarine cable to connect South China Power Grid with Hainan Power Grid to realize the whole optical network covered of South Area of China. This article briefly introduces technical characteristics of several kinds of optical fiber submarine cables, compares technique and economy performances with each other and confirms the construction scheme that adopted optical fiber composite submarine cables. The optical fiber composite submarine cable has some advantages in technology, security and economy. In the power system, optical fiber composite submarine cable should be used to the construction of submarine optical fiber.
