基于VXI/GPIB混合总线的航空仪电自动测试系统设计

摘    要:针对航空电子设备检测的不足,在GPIB及VXI混合总线的基础上构建了一个通用自动测试系统(general purpose automatic test equipment,GPATE),并以Labwindows/CVI结合虚拟仪器技术建立良好的人机界面。介绍了该系统的软件硬件设计方法、工作流程及关键技术。通过测试评估证明该系统缩短了测试周期.提高了保障能力。

Abstract:For improving the detect-ability of avionics,the design of GPATE (general purpose automatic test equipment) based on GPIB and VXI is designed.The GPATE provides a good man-computer interface with the help of Labwindows/ CVI.United with the virtual instruments and GPIB and VXI,the framework of GPATE is specified,and the software platform and the hardware platform,the flow,and the key technologies are introduced.The GPATE test example is given in a detail and the evaluation results indicate that the test time is shorten and the safeguard ability is improved.
