磷钼杂多酸催化合成醋酸正丁酯的研究

摘    要:以磷钼杂多酸为催化剂,醋酸和正丁醇为原料,合成了醋酸正丁酯。探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间对酯产率的影响。结果表明,最适宜的反应条件是:正丁醇用量为0 125mol,以苯为带水剂,磷钼杂多酸催化剂用量为1 0g,醇酸摩尔比为1∶1 8,反应时间2h,反应温度为95~100℃,醋酸正丁酯产率达97 6%。

Study on catalytic synthesis of n-butyl acetate by phospho-molybdic heteropolyacid catalyst
Abstract:Phospho molybdic heteroployacid as catalyst,acetic acid and n butyl alcohol as raw materials, the n butyl acetate is synthesized.The effects of dosage of catalyst,molar ratio of n butyl alcohol and acetic acid,and the reaction time on the yield of ester are studied.The results showed that the suitable reaction conditions were as follows:the dosage of n butyl alcohol was 0.125 mol,benzene as water entrainer,the dosage of phospho molybdic heteropolyacid catalyst was 1 g, the molar ratio of n butyl alcohol to acetic acid was 1∶1.8,reaction for 2 h at 95~100 ℃,the yield of n butyl acetate was up to 97.6%
