摘    要:用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了蒙脱土对聚丙烯及马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯的非等温结晶行为的影响;用偏光显微镜(POM)观察了聚丙烯及共混体系的结晶形态,估算了径向生长速率。结果表明,随着蒙脱土加入量的增加,聚丙烯的球晶结构逐渐受到破坏,球晶尺寸变小,径向生长速率降低。

Abstract:Polypropylene(PP) and polypropylene/poly (propylene-g-maleic anhydride) (PP-g-MAH)/organo-montmorillonite(org-MMT) have been prepared by simple melt-mixing. The effect of montmorillonite on the nonisothermal crystallization behavior of PP and PP-g-MAH was studied using DSC. The modified Avrami equation of Jeziorny was used to analyze the data of DSC. The parameter values of t__(1/2), Z_c, T_p indicate that the crystallization temperature of PP is lower than that of PP/MMT blend system. The morphology of the PP and its blend system was examined using polarized optical microscope(POM), the radial growth rate of the spherulites formed was evaluated, the results indicate that with increasing the amount of MMT, the spherulitic structure of PP is gradually deteriorated, both the sizes of the spherulites and the radial growth rate are reduced.
