30kW双转子永磁发电机的磁场分析及性能计算

摘    要:借助ANSYS建立了30kW双定子双转子永磁同步发电机的物理模型,并对其电磁场进行了时步有限元动态仿真,得到了不同工况下的气隙磁密波形,以及空载电压、额定工况下的功率输出电流等性能参数曲线.并将计算结果与样机的实验数据进行了对比验证.结果表明:针对30kW双定子双转子永磁同步发电机的磁场计算结果与样机技术参数基本相符,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了理论参考.

Abstract:30kW double rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator model is established by ANSYS software,which is carried on the time-step finite element dynamic simulation in electromagnetic field.The air-gap magnetic flux density waveform under different working conditions,the performance curves of no load voltage,the power and the output current under the rating condition are obtained.Contrasting verification beteen calculation results and performance indexes of the model machine shows that the magnetic analysis ...
