Abstract:A sound inspection was made of the three faults ( spring failure, valve cracking, valve leakage ) of the gas valves of 2D12 type reciprocating compressors using vibration sound technology, and based on the characteristics of the vibration sound of the gas valves, the sound spectrum diagnosis method was used to diagnose the faults of the gas valves.
