紫外分光光度法测定天麻中的微量元素硒

摘    要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定天麻中微量元素硒的方法。方法:采用微波消解技术处理样品,加入HCl将Se6+还原成Se4+,Se4+与邻苯二胺络合,用甲苯萃取,紫外分光光度法测定天麻中的微量元素硒。结果:相关系数r=0.9994,加标回收率为96.6%~103.7%,最大吸收波长为348 nm,硒含量在0.01μg/kg~8.00μg/kg范围内符合比尔定律。结论:该方法简单快速、灵敏度高、准确度好和检出费用低等优点,适合基层实验室对食品中微量元素硒的测定。

Abstract:Objective: to establish a method for determination of selenium content in gastrodia by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Methods: the use of microwave digestion technique for processing samples,addition of HCl,in which the Se6+ was reducted to Se4+ and tetravalent selenium complexed with o-Phenylenediamine,extraction with toluene,using ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determine selenium in gastrodia.Results: the correlation coefficient r=0.9994,the recovery of standard addition is 96.6%~103.7%,wavelength Max.absorbance is 348 nm,selenium content in the 0.01 μg/kg~8.0 μg/kg range meets Beer law.Conclusion: the experimental results show the method is simple,rapid,high sensitivity,the result is accurate,the test cost is low,and it is easy for the determination of selenium in the basic unit laboratory.
