摘    要:针对某电厂350MW机组脱硫石膏含水率超标的问题,结合脱硫系统(包括除尘系统)运行状况,对系统运行方式、设备运行状况进行了分析,指出煤质及烟气除尘效果、吸收塔浆液pH值、浆液中固体浓度等影响石膏含水率,并严格执行运行规程,控制脱硫系统运行参数,加大废水排放量,确保除尘器运行效果,降低系统中杂质含量,提高石膏浆液纯度及亚...

Abstract:According to the problems of high moisture ratio of WGFD gypsum in a certain 350 MW power plant,analysis has been carried out on system operation mode and unit operation status based on desulfurization system operation status.The factors that effect gypsum moisture ratio have been pointed out,which include coal quality,flue dust removal efficiency,pH value of absorption tower slurry and solid content in slurry.Some measurements have been adopted to keep the gypsum water content fits the code requirements,which include strictly following the operation codes,controlling desulfurization parameters,increasing waste water discharging volume,ensuring dust collector efficency,reducing impurities and increasing the gypsum slurry purity,improving calcium sulfite oxidative degree.
