| 摘 要： | 对螺纹烟管的传热效果和技术经济性进行研究。在分析螺纹烟管强化传热机理的基础上,以某锅炉厂设计制造的型号为DZL10.5-1.0/115/70-AⅡ的新型水火管链条炉排热水锅炉为案例,分别计算分析了螺纹烟管和普通光管的传热效果,通过两者的比较,验证了螺纹烟管技术的优越性和经济性。

| Abstract: | Mainly studies on heat transfer effects and technical economy of spiral corrugated tube.Basing on the analysis of its enhanced heat transfer mechanism,the paper makes a case of DZL10.5-1.0/115/70-AⅡ water-fire tube chain fire grate hot water boiler,which was design and manufactured by the boiler plant,it was calculated and analyzed the heat transfer effect of both spiral corrugated tube and ordinary smooth tube.By the comparison,the spiral corrugated tube technical superiority and economy was certificated. |
