组织支持感对工作压力影响的实证研究

摘    要:以服装产业知识型员工作为调查样本进行实证研究.以期发现组织支持感对工作压力的影响作用,从而为组织工作压力干预管理提供理论依据.通过问卷调查获得相关数据,采用EX-CEL2007和SPSS 17.0对数据进行分析.研究结果表明:组织支持感与工作压力具有显著负相关性,组织支持感对工作压力具有一定的预测作用.另外,研究也显示出组织支持感的构成维度对工作压力的不同维度的影响作用.

Abstract:Nowadays,the level of work stress of occupation employees is rising greatly in china.The paper carried an empirical research based on the investigation sample of knowledge employees from apparel industry.The purpose of this paper is to discover the influence functions of perceived organizational support on work stress,so proper intervention strategies can be adopted by organizations.Data was collected through a questionnaire survey.Results indicated that perceived organizational support had significant negative effects on work stress,and the predictors of perceived organizational support to work stress existed.Moreover,the dimensions of perceived organizational support could have an effect on work stress components differentially.
