| 摘 要： | 从火电企业的工艺特点出发,对涉及评价落后产能的各个方面进行分析和研究,构建火电行业落后产能综合评价指标体系。选择多目标综合评价方法,确定综合评价程序,运用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重。为适应国家落后产能淘汰的要求,从技术性层面建立一套科学、完整的落后火电评价标准。在寻求淘汰与市场相结合的长效机制方面进行了有益探索,并以企业为案例对该指标体系进行实例分析。

| Abstract: | Reviews the research of comprehensive evaluation index systems for the out-dated power plants which have evaluated the out-dated from various aspects and the characteristics of power plants.Then,confirms the weights of the indexes by using AHP.Moreover,the multiple criteria decision analysis model is set up.This paper does valuably explore on creating a scientific and integrated evaluation criteria,establishing the order for phase-out and seeking out a long-term mechanism combination with the market,at the same time,the paper cites an enterprise-case analysis for instance. |
