纳米氧化铈粉体的制备与表征

摘    要:热分解由工业用碳酸铈制得的甲酸铈,能直接制备纳米氧化铈粉体。对产物进行了TG-DSC、XRD、SEM及TEM表征分析,讨论了热分解温度对产物比表面积的影响。结果表明:当热分解温度为525℃时,该方法制得的氧化铈粉体为面心立方晶型,比表面积为71 2m2/g,粒径为15~30nm,经1000℃、1h老化后其比表面积仍能达到8 2m2/g,此时灼失量为2 2%。上述性能指标已达到或部分优于NTC(NanophaseTechnologiesCorporation)的同类样品。

Abstract:Cerium oxide nanoparticles can be directly synthesized by thermal decomposition of cerium formate prepared from industrial cerium carbonate.The as-prepared product was characterized by TG-DSC, XRD, SEM and TEM.The impact of thermal decomposition temperature on the specific surface area is also discussed.Results show that the crystal structure of the product is face-centered cubic when the precursor is thermal decomposed at 525 ℃,the specific surface area is 71.2 m~2/g and the grain size is about 15~30 nm.Furthermore,after ageing at 1000 ℃ for 1 h,the specific surface area of the product can still attain 8.2 m~2/g,here it′s weight loss is 2.2%.The above-mentioned quality indices reach or partly surpass those of the same kind of foreign product.
