摘    要:从环境、材料、应力及宏观与微观分析的角度对 377蒸汽管线焊缝的开裂进行了综合分析 ,认为其开裂系碳钢在碱性环境中的应力腐蚀所致 ,蒸汽吹扫口中碱液的串入以及管线焊接时的错边、未焊透等焊接缺陷的存在是造成管线焊缝开裂的环境和应力因素

Abstract:The comprehensive study of the weld cracking of (377 steam pipeline in respect of environmental factors, metallurgy, stress and micro and macro analysis concluded that the cracking was caused by stress corrosion of carbon steel in alkaline environment. The environmental and stress factors of the weld cracking were the results of the carry-over of caustic liquid in steam flushing and welding defects like misalignment and incomplete fusion in the welding.
