1．4口腔护理用品专利分布情况 1．4．1专利申请总体情况分析 口腔护理作为人们日常的必修课，随着物质生活水平的提高，人们对口腔护理的要求也越来越多。目前，口腔护理从单纯的口腔清洁延伸到了牙齿美白和牙龈保护等方面。我国作为人口大国，自然也是全球口腔护理品的主要市场之一。激烈的市场竞争促进了我国口腔护理品技术的发展。口腔护理品有牙膏、牙粉和漱口液等产品。1985年-2008年，我国牙膏的专利申请数量为1703件，而牙粉和漱口液的专利申请总量不超过100件。从专利数量上来看，牙膏的研究占主导地位。因此，下面主要以牙膏的专利申请情况分析口腔护理产品的知识产权保护现状。

Present situation of intellectual property right protection on daily chemical product in China

Recently, the consciousness of intellectual property right protection on daily chemical industry has been greatly improved in China. But there still are great disparity compared with the situations in developed countries. At present, the total number of applied patents increased. However, there are fewer applications for invention patents rather than design patents, and authorized patents are less. The patent utilization rate is in a low level, and geographical distribution is not balanced. This paper discussed the situations of intellectual property right protection in daily chemical product, through the analysis of the patents on cosmetic, detergent, flavor and fragrance, oral care product and surfactant. It pointed out what should be pay attention and put forward some suggestions and strategies so as to improve daily chemical industry. The future market competition is the competition of intellectual property rights. We should take intellectual property rights as the foundation and method to actively participate in international competition. Flourish and development of our daily chemical industry will not be far.
