| 摘 要： | 采用二次萃取法从烟草中提取尼古丁,探讨了浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提次数、萃取次数、萃取剂和浸提液的体积比、浸提液的pH值等对尼古丁提取产率的影响,从而选择出最佳提取条件。

| Abstract: | Nicotine was extracted from tobacco by secondary extraction methods.According to the studying of leaching temperature,leaching time,leaching times,leaching liquid ratio,and the influence of the leaching liquor pH value on the production rate of extraction,a conclusion of the most suitable condition for extraction was drawn. |
