电磁驱动气门机构系统模型

摘    要:电磁驱动气门机构是汽车电子控制技术的前沿课题之一。本文针对电磁驱动气门机构的特点建立了包括电磁铁及其机械部分的系统模型,考虑到磁性材料的特性,采用通过测量数据来确定模型参数的策略,并利用该模型对自行设计的电磁驱动气门机构进行了仿真计算,得到了驱动电流和气门升程随时间变化的仿真结果,验证了该模型的正确性。

Abstract:The solenoid-actuated valve system is an up-to-date investigation in the field of auto electric control. This paper focuses on modeling of this system including electromagnetic subsystem and mechanical subsystem accounting for magnetic material properties. An optimization strategy has been utilized in order to parameterize the model against measured data. The simulation of this system has been made, and the results of current waveform and valve profile are obtained which validate the accuracy of this model.
