面向客户化定制的铣刨机功能模块设计

为了满足建立面向客户的个性化定制系统的需要,本文提出了基于功能的产品模块设计思想,采用系统设计方法,通过功能结构的系统分析,对路面铣刨机进行了功能模块划分;结合客户定制需要,设计了铣刨机的可定制模块;另外,针对目前定制系统中只有文本和图片说明,无法满足客户对产品可视化需求的缺陷,提出了三维可视化的定制方法,应用了虚拟建模和渲染技术,在三维可视化交互平台Quest3d内实现铣刨机的个性化定制。

Functional Module Design for Cold Milling Machine Based on Customization

In order to meet the need of foundation for individual product customization system, the idea of product modularization based on function was put forward in this paper. By the analysis of function and structure of cold milling machine, the functional modules of the machine are divided with the method of systematism,and the customizable modules were designed according to the requirements of customers. Furthermore, the limitation of present customization system only contains text and two-dimensional drawings and can not fulfill the visible requirement of product from customers, a method of three-dimensional visible customization was put forward, the modeling and rendering technology were used to realize the customization of cold milling machine in Quest3d which is a three-dimensional and interactive software.
