电网自动电压控制在大型火电厂的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍一种在大型火电厂实现电网自动电压无功控制 (AVC) 的设计及其实现过程。该设计针对火电厂机组采用单元控制的特点配置 AVQC控制装置; 采用独特的无功优化计算策略和机组无功分配计算方法及完善的安全约束条件, 使火电厂安全可靠地实现电网AVC闭环控制。

Abstract:This paper describes the design case of automatic voltage and reactive power control for power plant in the power grid. The design case configure the AVQC control device according to the characteristic of unit control of power plant. The reactive power optimal and dispatch strategies and perfect security constraints are adopted to realize safe and reliable closed-loop control in the AVC system of power grid. The design have been carried out in power plant of Fujian Province power grid and made satisfactory effect since 2003.
