废弃水基钻井液化学脱稳与固液分离处理技术

摘    要:对江苏油田富97、曹42和余18井的废弃水基(含混油)钻井液进行了化学脱稳和固液分离处理。不同的钻井液脱稳后,用离心分离法脱水率范围为25%-52%,其泥饼含水率为48%-33%;用压滤法分离脱水率范围为35%-60%,其泥饼含水率为59%-45%。钻井液离心脱水的处理费用仅为4-11.5元/m^3。

Abstract:An experimental study on chemical destabi-lization and solid-liquid seperation of three water-based(inclined oil-emulsion) waste drilling fluids from Jiangsuoilfield is conducted using coagulants and nocculants. Thedehydration rate is 26% ~ 52% and it's weter-in-mudcakeratio 48% ~ 33% by the method of centrifugal dehydra:tion; 35% ~ 60% and 59% ~45% by the press filter de-hydration. The treatment costs of waste drilling fiuid oulyis RMB 4.0 ~11. 5 yuan/m3
