| 摘 要： | 圣彼得堡斯托克曼商业中心地下4层,采用逆作法施工,其一柱一桩格构支撑柱的定位和垂直度控制是桩基施工重点和难点.鉴于钢格构柱断面尺寸大、刚度较大,选用校正架法定位调垂技术,并进行改进,选用钢筋混凝土导墙代替校正架.指出了其施工设计、施工工艺及特殊技术要求.实践证明,该技术造价低、施工方便且节省时间,采用该技术满足支撑柱作为永久结构的精度要求.
