V法铸造模具的FDM增材制造工艺研究

摘    要:采用FDM方式3D打印PLA模型方法替代传统数控加工V法造型用木模,分析了PLA模型的表面粗糙度、硬度、屈服强度、弹性模量、体积收缩率等性能对V法铸造工艺影响,试验表面FDM打印PLA模型能满足V法铸造工艺要求,既能保证铸件尺寸精度与表面质量,又降低了模具制作难度、缩短了模具加工周期、降低了材料成本,该方法具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:3D printing PLA model using FDM mode methods instead of traditional nc machining method of V shape with wood pattern,analyzes the PLA model of surface roughness,hardness,yield strength,elastic modulus and volume shrinkage performance of V method casting process,the test surface of FDM print PLA model can satisfy the requirement of V method casting process,not only ensure the casting dimension accuracy and surface quality,and reduces the difficulty of mold making,shorten the mould processing cycle,reduces the cost of materials,the method has good application prospect.
