| 摘 要： | 介绍了一致性热处理技术的新概念。分析了在实现我国产业升级和热处理行业由大转强的过程中，影响一致性热处理技术的控制要素。针对智能制造背景下材料热处理技术和质量发展的方向和要求，提出了实现一致性热处理的关键技术途径，以完善热处理质量控制体系。

| Abstract: | The novel concept of consistent heat treatment technology was introduced. The controlling factors to affect consistent heat treatment technology in the process of upgrading industries and of achieving heat treatment industry transformation from big to strong were analyzed.Aiming at the direction and requirements of the technology and quality development of material heat treatment under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the key technologies to realize the consistent heat treatment were put forward to perfect the quality control system of heat treatment. |
