环氧树脂/白云母纳米复合材料的研究

摘    要:将结构修饰过并采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵有机插层改性的白云母与环氧树脂复合,加入潜伏性固化剂,制得环氧树脂/白云母纳米复合材料,通过DSC,TG,IR及力学性能测试对该材料的固化性能、热性能及粘接性能进行了研究。结果表明,当白云母加入量为环氧树脂质量的3%时,固化峰值温度最高(171.11℃)耐热性最好(400℃残炭率55.9%);加入量为5%时,拉伸强度最大,达到1.064GPa。

Abstract:Epoxy resin/muscovite nanocomposite was prepared from epoxy,latent curing agent and muscovite which was modified by organic intercalation using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide after structure modification. The curing behaviors,thermal properties and adhesive properties of the product were investigated by DSC,TG,IR and mechanical property test. The results indicated that the curing peak temperature and heat resistance of the composite with 3 wt% muscovite reached the maximum,171. 11 ℃ and char yield at 400 ℃ 55. 9% respectively. The tensile strength of the composite with 5wt% muscovite reached the maximum 1. 064 GPa.
