高层住宅给排水及消防系统的设计

摘    要:上海市光鸿花苑住宅小区为高层住宅建筑小区。本文介绍了其中一栋30层的住宅建筑给排水设计。生活给水和消防给水采用比例式减压阀分区减压,消防减压孔板的设置根据计算确定,排水系统采用分流制;对设计中经常遇到的一些问题谈了一些体会和看法。

Abstract:Guanghong Huayuan Residential District in Shanghai City is a residential district with high stores of residential buildings. The design of water & sewerage system for a residential building having thirty stores is introduced in the paper. Proportionally reduced-pressure valves are adopted in the water supply system and the fire system for vertical division blocks. The locations of fire holed-plates are determined by calculation. The sewerage system is of separated system. A number of problems in design are discussed in the paper as well.
