催化裂化油浆液固分离技术研究

摘    要:从分析催化裂化油浆的组成和性质出发,结合石油胶体理论和非水胶体稳定性理论,对催化裂化油浆的稳定性进行了理论分析,由此进一步推测了破坏其胶体稳定性、分离催化剂固体粉末的机理。针对催化裂化油浆的特性,指出沉降剂与物理分离方法相结合,是催化裂化油浆液固分离的较优方法。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the compositions and the properties of catalytic cracking slurry, with petroleum colloid theory and non-aqueous colloid stability theory, the stability of the slurry is investigated. The mechanism of the colloidal stability destruction and the catalyst powder separation are assumed by the above result. For characteristics of the slurry, the preferable method of liquid-solid separation of slurry is flocculant and physical separation simultaneously.
