金刚石锯片胎体耐磨性的研究

摘    要:本文通过对四种胎体配方的锯切试验,分析研究了胎体耐磨性同胎体高温硬度的关系,提出了胎体高温软化的概念,并在测定胎体高温软化点的基础上,分析胎体耐磨性同胎体高温软化眯的关系,以指导锯片胎体的设计。

Abstract:Based on the results of sawing tests with matrixs of four formulas,this paper analyzed the nelationship between matfrix wear resistance and the hardness of matrix with high temperature,put forward a high temperature softening concept for the matrix,and on the basis of measuring the high temperature softening peint of matrix,andlyzed the relationship between matrix wear resistance and the high temperature softening point of matrix so as to direct the design of saw blade matrix
