摘    要:针对某极细、贫磁铁矿选矿生产工艺流程考查,在常规流程考察内容的基础上,充实了矿石性质分析研究。通过筛析、磁选试验,研究了选矿生产各作业试验,并与实际生产指标进行对比;查明了磨、选工艺流程在生产运行中存在的问题,为优化生产流程,保证合理、高效的生产提供了依据。对当前选矿生产流程考察在技术上的局限性进行探讨,并对有用矿物单体解离度在生产过程中的变化进行适时检测,对减少有用矿物过磨,为选矿生产节能降耗、提高效率、降低生产成本具有重要的作用。

Abstract:In order to study the process flow of the fine and lean magnetite ore dressing process, the ore properties analysis and research were enriched on the basis of routine process investigation. Through screening and magnetic separation test, the experiment of ore dressing production was studied and compared with the actual production indexes, and the problems existing in the production and operation of mill and selection process were identified, that was to optimize the production process, ensure reasonable and efficient production to provide scientific basis. In this paper, it was discussed that the limitations of the current selection process of the production process. And the change of the monomer dissociation degree of the useful mineral in the production process was timely tested, which played an important role in reducing the use of useful minerals and made it possible to reduce energy consumption and production cost, and improve efficiency.
