中国国家矿山公园现状研究

摘    要:矿山公园具有保护矿业遗迹、进行矿业科普和促进经济发展的作用,是资源枯竭型城市向旅游城市战略转型的重要举措。本文将矿山公园的发展分为萌芽阶段(2003年以前)、起步与早期发展阶段(2004~2009年)和特色开发阶段(2010年至今)三个阶段,分析了矿山公园的建设现状与问题,提出目前还需要从健全管理体制和法律法规、鼓励多主体参与、拓展融资渠道、加大技术和人才支撑等方面来推进矿山公园的建设发展。未来矿山公园必将进入产业化发展阶段,通过与相关产业融合,丰富矿山公园的旅游产品,通过多种宣传方式,利用多种营销途径,打造品牌效应,推动自身发展。

Abstract:The mine park has the function of protecting mining relics, mining popularization and promoting economic development, which is an important measure for the strategic transformation of resource-exhausted cities to tourism cities. In this paper, the development of mine parks was divided into three stages: germination stage (before 2003), initial stage and early stage of development (2004 ~ 2009) and characteristic development stage (2010 to present). Analyzed the present situation and existing problems for the construction of the mine park and put forward the suggestions to promote the construction of the mine park development, including completing the management system and the laws or regulations, encouraging more main body participation, expanding the finance channels, increasing the technology and personnel support. Mine park will be in the industrialization stage. Each mine park should enrich its tourism products by the integration with relevant industries. In the meantime, build the brand effect by various publicity means and marketing channels to promote its own development.
