| 摘 要： | 本文基于海量MRO数据提出了一种功率调整的方法来改善LTE网络的弱覆盖和重叠覆盖，同时考量切换门限、小区负载、能否满足驻留门限以及整网覆盖是否恶化等因素，创新性的提出了单MR采样点承担业务量的计算方法以及整网覆盖函数，并进行了现网试点，从现网试点效果看可以较好的提升网络的整体性能。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed a method of power adjustment to improve the weak coverage and overlay coverage of LTE networks based on massive MRO data. At the same time, the factors such as handover threshold, cell load, the dwell threshold and the deterioration of the whole network coverage are considered. The paper proposed a new method for computing the traffic load of a single MR sampling point and the function of the whole network coverage. And the result of the network trial is good. |
