某磁铁矿提质降杂技术研究

摘    要:某铁矿石中铁以磁铁矿为主,含部分黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等铁矿物。磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿的存在,致使在采用直接磁选时,铁精矿含硫较高。针对矿石中的磁铁矿物和含硫矿物的特性特点,进行了详细的多方案试验研究。研究结果表明,原矿粗磨磁选抛尾-磁粗精矿再磨浮选脱硫-浮硫尾矿磁精选联合流程以及磁滑轮抛尾-磁粗精矿再磨浮选脱硫-浮硫尾矿磁精选联合流程均适合处理该铁矿,矿山可通过经济计算确定最佳的提质降杂方案。该技术为同类型磁铁矿山脱硫也提供了技术支持。

Abstract:A type of iron ore is mainly composed of magnetite, pyrite and pyrrhotite. Because of the influence of pyrite and pyrrhotite, it is difficult to obtain grade-qualified iron concentrate with the problem of high sulfur content if treated by single magnetic separation. Multi-scheme experiments were conducted based on investigation properties of magnetite, pyrite and pyrrhotite in this paper. The results indicated that both of the following two combined processing flowsheets are not only suitable for this type of iron ore, but technical supporting for the other iron ore with the same type. Flowsheet 1: Discarding tailings by magnetic separation after rough grinding- regrinding the rough concentrate of magnetic separation and then desulphurization by flotation- the flotation tailings cleaned by magnetic separation. Flowsheet 2: Discarding tailings by magnetic pulley after crushing- regrinding the rough concentrate of magnetic separation and then desulphurization by flotation- the flotation tailings cleaned by magnetic separation.
