摘    要:综述了我国高岭土提纯过程中分级设备、分级工艺以及分选体系中磁选技术研究现状,分析了细粒级精确分级技术的实施以及干式高梯度磁选设备研发的必要性,同时提出粗磨—一次分级—细磨—精确分级—锥形磁介质干式高梯度磁选的新型分级分选工艺可用于高岭土高效提纯试验。

Abstract:This paper summarized the research status of Kaolin purification process technology, including the classification equipments, classification processes as well as the magnetic separation technology in the separation system. The necessities to carry out accurate classification for fine particles, and to research and develop dry high gradient magnetic separators are deeply analyzed. Meanwhile, a new grading and separate process applied for the Kaolin purification experiment is proposed via coarse grinding one-time classification fine grinding accurate grading- dry high gradient magnetic separation with conical magnetic medium.
