聚乙烯醇薄膜的制作及其力学性能的研究

摘    要:对聚乙烯醇(PVA)先进行挤出造粒,再进行吹膜,并在一定范围内对PVA薄膜进行了研究.通过研究发现:随着增塑剂的增加,薄膜的拉伸强度、撕裂强度逐渐减小,断裂伸长率逐渐增大;加入交联剂后,薄膜的撕裂强度、拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐减小.

Abstract:PVA was palletized by extrusion and then blow-moulded into membrane. The prepared PVA membrane was studied within the specific range. The result showed that with the increase of the content of plasticizer, the tensile strength and tearing strength of the membrane decreased gradually, while the elongation at break increased ; with the addition of crosslinking agent, the tearing strength and tensile strength increased first and then decreased, but the elongation at break reduced gradually.
