大功率风电增速箱设计

摘    要:本文针对兆瓦级风力发电增速箱的运行工况和实际使用情况,对大功率风电增速箱的传动型式选择、齿轮强度计算、均载机构的设计、轴承配置、抗微点蚀措施、润滑系统设计等方面进行了详细地分析和论述。并通过Ansys软件对关键部件进行了有限元分析,为兆瓦级风力发电增速箱的设计开发提供了参考。

Abstract:According to the working situation and actual running station of megawatt level turbine gearbox, the design characteristics of megawatt level turbine gearbox was introduced. The driving mode, gear strength calcu- lation, equal load structure design, bear configuration, micro pitting calculation and lubrication system design are analyzed and described in detail. The finite element analysis for the key components are carried out with Ansys software. This offers some references for developing the megawatt level turbine gearbox further.
