水性切削液环境专用厌氧胶的研制

摘    要:通过改善厌氧胶主体树脂的合成条件,在配方中添加耐水/耐热树脂及单体,有机硅烷偶联剂作为增强剂,制备了一种使用水性切削液进行石英晶体加工过程中专用厌氧胶粘剂。检测结果表明,该厌氧胶能完全满足水性切削液环境下石英晶体的加工要求。

Abstract:A kind of anaerobic adhesive for warer based curtting fluid environment was prepared by improving synthesis conditions for anaerobic adhesive resin,adding water-resistant and heat-resisting resin,and with silane coupling agent as coupling agent.The detection results showed that the anaerobic adhesive was completely satisfied with warer based curtting fluid environment.
