电磁成形技术及其在功能陶瓷行业的应用

摘    要:电磁成形技术作为高能、高效率技术用在粉末近终成形方面有着传统成形方法不能比拟的优越性,在功能陶瓷行业有巨大的应用价值。本文阐述了电磁成形的基本原理和电磁粉末压制,介绍了电磁成形技术在功能陶瓷行业的应用及前景。

Abstract:As a high-enenrgy and high-efficiency technique, the electromagnetic forming technology has inapproachable advantages over the conventional forming techniques in near-net-shape forming of powder materials, and it can play an important role in the functional ceramic industry. The basic theory of electromagnetic forming and electromagnetic powder compacting are expounded and the application and prospect of the electromagnetic forming technology in the functional ceramic industry are described.
