激光重熔45钢工艺研究

摘    要:为提高45钢的综合力学性能,利用CO2激光器对其表面进行激光熔凝处理,分析了熔凝层的微观组织和显微硬度。结果表明,熔凝层质量优良,晶粒较基体明显细化,显微硬度较基体显著提高,平均硬度为700HV,最高达750HV,约是基体硬度的3倍。

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of 45 steel, the surface of 45steel was treated by laser re-melting technology using CO2 laser. And then the microstructure and micro-hardness were analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the hardened layer has good quality, and the crystal grain is more refining than the substrates, meanwhile the micro-hardness is higher. The average hardness is 700HV. While the maximum micro-hardness can reach 750HV, this is approximately 3 times than that of the substrates.
