| 摘 要： | 介绍了工作在三坐标测量机上的视觉形貌测头用于自由曲面非接触测量的测量原理，对系统结构参数进行了优化设计，通过立体视觉匹配技术的引入以及建立误差评定准则，实现了飞机发动机叶片的非接触测量。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced working principle of non-contactly measuring free-formed surface using vision probe located in coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Through corresponding techniques including system optimization of probe structure and image matching of two CCD cameras and establishing error assessment rules, this system can fulfill measurement of surfaces of aircraft engine blades. |
