| 摘 要： | 高压均质工艺就是利用高压均质机将染料悬浮液颗粒细化和混合均匀的加工过程。在不同的有机溶剂和分散剂条件下,实验先对分散蓝2BLN滤饼进行简单的机械球磨,再利用高压均质机将球磨好的染料液均质,得到了颗粒粒径小,粒径分布窄的染料液。同时通过比较不同的均质压力和均质次数下的均质效果,确定了分散蓝2BLN最佳均质工艺条件:均质压力为1200bar,均质次数为6次。

| Abstract: | The high pressure homogenization is one of the process technology to decrease the particle size of disperse dyes suspension and make the suspension uniformity and stable by using high pressure homogenizer. The crude disperse blue 2BLN was subjected to mechanical ball milling in the presence of organic solvents and formulated dispersants, and then the obtained suspension was homogenized by high pressure homogenization. The product particle size was small and the size distribution was narrow. Analyzing the homogenization effect of different homogenization pressure and number of cycles in processing disperse blue 2BLN,the optimum conditions that 1200bar homogenization pressure and 6 cycles were determined. |
