含钪铸造铝合金组织和力学性能的研究

摘    要:试验了含钪铸造铝合金的熔炼工艺和热处理工艺,分析了合金的化学成分,观察了合金的金相组织,测试了合金的力学性能.结果表明,熔炼和热处理工艺合理,含钪铝合金具有较高的综合力学性能,远超过2A16变形铝合金标准的要求.

Abstract:The melting process and heat treatment cycle of the cast aluminum alloy containing element Scandium were determined. The composition and microstructure were investigated. Mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that the reasonable processes of melting and heat treatment are suitable for the aluminum alloy containing element scandium, and can obtain higher comprehensive mechanical properties, which exceed the specifications by 2A16 standard.
